IUD Removal
All in-office costs are completely free. If lab testing is necessary, the lab fees are at a 50% discount for Liv. clients. Labs are processed through Clinical Labs Hawaii. Your lab costs will be billed to your insurance, or you can pay in the office on the day of your visit.
Liv exists to provide medical care for those who are unable to access timely appointments. Appointments at Liv are not to substitute for seeing your Primary Care Physician or your regular OB-GYN care. If you are having difficulty filling out forms for insurance or finding a PCP, let us know when you come in and we can help. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
