Mommy & Me Group

The weeks and months after having a baby can be a lot. There is so much joy in becoming a mom, but the transition can also feel physically, emotionally, and mentally overwhelming.

At LIV, we believe in the power of sisterhood, shared experiences, vulnerability, and connection. Mommy & Me is a place for moms and their babies to come as they are, learn together, ask questions, and find encouragement and community in this new season of life.

Led by an experienced pediatrician, each gathering combines practical education with meaningful connection. Moms will have the opportunity to learn about their baby's development and health, enjoy baby songs together, share their experiences, and simply spend time with other moms who understand what this season can be like.

This group is especially designed for moms with babies* 6 weeks to 6 months old.
