Our Childbirth Circles are a fun, dynamic experience for you to learn the stages of labor and birth, coping techniques during labor, and what to expect during birth and after having baby. You will also explore creating your own birth plan, empowering you to have the birth that you want!
Postpartum Support
After your birth, our team of RNs, postpartum doulas and a lactation consultant are here for you! From answering your questions to helping with dishes and laundry, we want to help you transition to thrive as a new mama!
LIV Together is about being connected and supported. When you sign up, we will reach out to you (usually a text) about what you need and how we can help. We will also keep you in the loop about special events like “Spa Day” or special gatherings for local mamas.
